| Education plans*: | Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Not-for-Profit entities are all eligible for the education plans. Registered users must have a valid institution email address. Contact the Support Desk for further information or advice. |
| Collections**: | The collection count includes calendars, terms, and library resources as a collection. |
| Can I change my plan at any time? | Yes, you can change your plan at any time. You will be refunded for any unused month(s) for your current plan and then charged (if applicable) for the new plan. |
| Can I cancel or downgrade my plan? | Yes, you will be refunded, if applicable, from the date you chose to close your account or downgrade. |
| Is my writing safe? | Your account is password encrypted so no one can access your work. Your data is saved automatically, and we back up regularly. All data is stored on the Amazon Web Server. Please read our Security statement for more details. |
| Can I export my writing? | All projects can be exported to a range of file formats. Library data cannot be exported (only imported), but this is on our to do list. |
| Who owns my writing? | Everything you write or add is owned by you. We will never share any of your work or use any of your data. See our privacy and security statements. |
